what do you say we move to the south?
where you can wear sweet bubbles every single day
where our grass would always be green
those wonderful rolls would meet the sunshine every day
and you could have gold sandals in every size
we'd run and play in our front yard
and your necklace would glisten in the sunlight
you'd never have to wear big bulky coats
and we'd always have colorful flowers
we would pick them to fill our vases
and clear the beds of yucky clutter
we'd slide as often as our hearts desire
and when it starts to shower,
we'd run inside and cuddle until the sun appears again
happy colors would always be in style
and we'd have lots of warm, lovely, perfect

i do suppose we'd miss the winter snow and the amazing leaves in the fall... springtime wouldn't be near as fresh or exciting, and shopping for winter coats and boots would be for not. but, sometimes it's fun to imagine life if every single day was as wonderful as today.
thanks for playing with me, sarah caroline! i just can't get enough of you.
i love you,
mom
