the last day in alabama! i think a few of my beach pictures got labeled with the wrong date...so we're a bit out of order. but, i think we took one last splash in the water and packed up the condo...then started the trek home. i was obviously very photographically negligent on the drive back. we took the pretty way home...along the cost...seeing the amazing plantations! there was a lot of hurricane damage from the past several years, which was so sad! but, it was a pretty & fun drive nonetheless. we spent a night in louisiana, one in martins mill, then said our terribly sad, never gets easier, do we really have to... goodbyes to our family which we'd enjoyed for ten blissful days and headed back to home sweet home.
precious days of family and rest and thanksgiving. three very good things.
